APPLIANCEHUT.COM RETURN POLICY

 

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)

¨      To obtain an RMA # you may contact us by email at cs@appliancehut.com or call us at 718 871-1795.

¨      RMA # must appear on outer carton & on packing slip.

¨      All claims for damaged or missing shipments must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.

¨      We must receive all RMA approved merchandise within 14-business days of issue of RMA # .

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE & WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT DUE.

ITEM MARKED “FREE SHIPPING” APPLY ONLY IF SALE IS FINAL, THEREFORE ABOVE-MENTIONED RULE SHALL APPLY TO ANY RETURN.

 

GOOD STOCK RETURNS:

To qualify for “good stock” returns, the following conditions must be met

¨      Request must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

¨      Merchandise must be brand new, never used.

¨      Merchandise is in the original carton with all original packaging, paperwork i.e. instructions, warranty card, etc. unaltered.

      

  GOOD STOCK RETURNS (WITH A RMA) ARE SUBJECT TO:

¨      Inspection and final approval by appliancehut.com personnel.

¨      A 15% restocking fee.

 

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

¨      All products sold bear a MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. Customer should refer to the warranty instructions included with the product, how to get the product exchanged or repaired.

¨      If merchandise is initially defective & it is within 14 days of receipt of goods you may request a RMA# by emailing us at cs@appliancehut.com or calling us at 718 871-1795.

¨      Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

¨      Defective merchandise, when approved is for exchange only.

 

EXCLUSIONS ON RETURNS:

This merchandise cannot be returned! Refer to manufacturer

¨      All major appliances including air conditioners.

¨      Digital cameras, camcorders, TV’s VCR’s, DVD’s & TV combos.

¨      Personal items, e.g. shavers, dental care, etc.

¨      Any product that was immersed in water.

¨      Any special order item (non-stock item).

¨      Any item in the hot deals category.
